Founded by Dean Birch

Dean Birch embarked on his career journey in 2001 through an Advanced Modern Apprenticeship at Tilbury Power Station, an environmentally responsible company under the RWE umbrella, known for its leadership in advancing the cause of green energy worldwide. By 2005, he had risen to the role of Electrical Maintenance Craftsman, overseeing the maintenance and repair of electrical panels, circuits, wiring, and receptacles.

Since then, Dean has amassed extensive experience working for renowned firms in London. Most notably, he served as a JIB Gold Card Electrician with Transport for London, where he spearheaded LED lighting upgrades at various stations throughout the London Underground.

Among his other notable engagements is his role as an Electrical subcontractor at St Pancras Campus with Michael J Lonsdale. Here, he led a team of 30 electrical contractors in executing the electrical package across three distinct structures: a marketable block of apartments, an affordable block of apartments, and a commercial office block.

Do you handle shell and core installations?

Yes. We do all electrical installations for both commercial and residential properties.

What kind of residential work is within your scope of services?

We specialise in high end residential properties and all apartment buildings.

What is the range of contract sizes you are able to handle?

Generally we take on projects between £50,000 – £5M. We can occasionally accommodate smaller projects so get in touch to learn more.

What is the highest number of operatives you can allocate to a project?

At present, our operational capacity allows for the deployment of up to 75 operatives, and we expect to increase this number to 100 by the end of 2023.
